  2021/12/19.  Python Recently, I am writing Python code, and uploaded on my Github page. https://github.com/Kouhei-Takagi I want to invest with Python. Python can help to analyze about NIKKEI225 by visualizing. Below figures are some of the result. Python is very useful tool!  

  2021/11/29.  SDGs:Sleeping, Diet and Green Tea Recently, Corona virus is spreading again. How to stop it? There may be various ways. USA and EU peoples seems to think that vaccination is the best solution. I know it was better way. Virus may have 2 main functions, toxicity and diffusive. Those 2 functions have trade-off relationship, if toxicity is stronger, diffusive is weaker, and vice versa. We (Asia people including Japanese) have another solution. Improving own health. In current stage which Corona virus evolves to have stronger diffusive, Asian solution is effective, because toxicity is weaker and good health body can overcomes to Corona virus. I want to introduce how to improve own heath, SDGs, Sleeping, Diet and Green Tea. Good and long sleeping, keeping suitable body weight and drinking green teas make your body better. Furthermore, I want to recommend +2S, Stretch and  Supplements. My weight is heavier than normal people’s, so I try to lose my weight!

  2021/11/2.  Amount of interest by American(China, Japan vs Korea) When I was searching about China’s real estate problems on The Wall Street Journal, I found that the amount of interest in “China”, “Japan”, and “Korea” by its readers has some differences. Searching result that how many articles including the keyword(“China”, “Japan”, “Korea” ) on WSJ is below at 2021/11/2 PM7:00 in Japan time. China:6089(6.058) Japan:1803(1.794) Korea:1005(1) Hummm, I wonder that the result looks proportinal to their GDP.   2021/10/30.  Republican, Democrat, and Conservative parties(Politics in USA) In Japan, tomorrow is the Election Day. But I am not interested in it… I am watching this news. Former USA president Donald Trump Jr may start own media. Then he may make own party, maybe it will be “Conservative party”. It will end two-party system in USA. The important things is that the two-party system couldn’t help nor save some peoples. It is not perfect system. We(? I am Japanese, but “We”) have to admit it, and then go forward to next stage.

  2021/10/16.  Rental real estate in Japan Rental real estate companies in Japan are too bad! I am searching rental real estate in Japan, but those companies are too bad! They don't work for borrowers but for lenders. And they are paid from both borrowers and lenders. They induced me to the rental real estate where they wanted to fill in. For it, they acted like they didn’t know how bad the real estate was. Of course, I don’t contract it. In addition, rental real estate companies make many articles to raise their reputation on internet by using SEO. They know how worse they are, so they do it. I want to them not to do it. They should improve their activity to raise their reputation.

  2021/10/2.  Common good(China vs Taiwan) I am thinking about common good(=“公益”). Common good includes not only values(ex. Democracy, Capitalism), but providing life/economic things. When 2 countries(ex. China vs Taiwan) are fighting each other, how other countries judge friend/enemy line? There may be some ways, and they may be below matrix.   2021/9/19.     Peak I am watching this news. Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ considers sale of U.S. banking arm -report https://www.reuters.com/business/mitsubishi-ufj-considering-sale-mufg-union-bank-bloomberg-2021-09-17/ This is revenge from Japan side. USA stock market looks to be in bubble, and Mitsubishi UFJ bank may think it that the bubble will hit the roof. Selling assets in USA at highest price, and buying back later, this is revenge.

Trademark including "DX" in Japan This is Javascript coding test. I am searching about the word "DX" and writing it with Javascript. "DX" means "Digital Transformation", and this word becomes populer in Japan.

  2021/9/12.  Worth of Japanese Yen(JPY) The worth of JPY has been decreasing from around 2000 AD. Because Japan Money supply has increased as twice as around 2000 AD, but 1 gram price of gold has increased as 6 times as around 2000 AD. If worth of gold  is immutable, the worth of current JPY has 1/3 worth of 2000 AD JPY. https://goldprice.org https://tradingeconomics.com/japan/money-supply-m2 1/3… This is impactful value. Conversely, 1 million JPY around 2000 AD had the worth as 3 times as current 1 million JPY. Japanese Yen is decreasing worth, and is getting cheaper. I want to be happy, but only working for getting JPY seems to be not good judgement. How to earn foreign money, this is my future task.

  2021/8/30. The Bullet or Bread Recently, Japan government is trying to ready for fighting between China and Taiwan. Is this smart reaction? Force against force generates only flowing blood. Previous Japan emperor seem to have been trying Asia and other countries to be peaceful. The action has helped that Asia countries growing from poor to middle classes.(Not only by the action, but Asian workers have worked harder than other countries.) I hope all people in Japan to return to the previous Japan emperor’s hope. It may be peace of the world. It will be achieved with rice/bread, not with bullets.

  2021/8/29.  No rising in rate of interest by BOJ/FRB Bank of Japan(BOJ)/Federal Reserve Bank(FRB) won’t raise in rate of interest. At the view of their government bond, they can’t raise it. BOJ Chair Kuroda and FRB Chair Powell might be selected as the role that they don’t raise rate of interest. Already new stage has come, “Zero rate of interest”. Investors have to recognize it. Stocks with dividends/growth potential or gold bars will be good to invest.(Or there may be other things to invest.) I don’t know current high prices of stocks is suitable or not. But if prices of whole stocks fall, I want to buy stocks with dividends. The stocks is similar to perpetual bonds, the stocks will give us dividends as long as the companies survive.

  2021/8/24.  The before Japan political election  Liberal Democratic Party in Japan politics (Referred as Jimin Party) will propose economic measures before Japan political election. Jimin Party prefers to protect its seat as the first party, and people of Jimin Party know which Japanese company will get benefits from economic measures before proposing them. Is this insider’s deal? Outsiders can’t know which companies will raise their stock prices, but insiders know it.

  2021/8/22.  The gold signal Bank of Japan(BOJ) has been keeping on monetary easing. I think that BOJ won’t stop it until Japan gov bankrupts. I thought the bankrupt will be near, but recently I feel it was wrong. I don’t know when it will happen, but readying for it is important, because JPY’s value has been declining. Buying gold is one method for it, and I found one small signal about gold. The below picture shows that this site prepares 2 languages, English and Chinese language. This means Chinese language version of this site is needed for one reason, which is that Chinese people want to know gold data.
