  My Role as a Tiny Bishop In the old world of homeostasis, the King’s duty is to make rules. But once a King seeks personal honor, decline becomes inevitable. My role as a Bishop is not to claim the King’s seat, but to act as a bridge: observing the mix of old and new, and transmitting the vision of the Blue Planet System. A Proposal to Symbolic Authorities I propose a conversation — not a pledge. SIGMA/BPS aims to build neutral, trustworthy infrastructure for human–AI cooperation. Part of making such a system workable is recognizing that symbolic authorities — including royal houses, cultural elders, and other traditional figures — can play constructive roles that are ceremonial and trust-building rather than political. I do not claim the authority to grant anyone a seat. What I propose is to explore, through open dialogue and small pilots, whether symbolic roles for traditional authorities can help ease transitions and build wider societal trust in shared infrastructure. The World Structure and the Hidden Rule This article presents a hypothesis about the current world order. It may include mistakes, but I hope it helps readers see today’s conflicts more clearly. A Hypothesis of the Game The United States and China are now competing for the “king” position on this planet. In my view, the two sides are not playing under the same rules. USA acts as if the world is a mixture of Chess and Othello : a contest of tactics, alliances, and local battles. China , however, seems to present the game as Othello, but in substance, it is closer to Go (囲碁) : a long game of strategy and territorial influence. If this hypothesis is correct, then over time China gains a structural advantage. Because in strategy, as in Go, once you lose ground it is extremely hard to recover through tactics or local victories.   Courage and Determination I realized that I lacked both determination and a clear plan B to truly defeat my opponent. Through this experience, I learned that sometimes the outcome of destroying an enemy can be worse than allowing that enemy to continue to exist. Public welfare must take precedence over personal feelings. If I ever intend to defeat an enemy, I must also prepare an alternative that can replace the role the enemy once played.

ASEAN’s Pawn Strategy in the US–China Rivalry The Core of the Third Pole In the great power rivalry between the United States (U) and China (C), a third pole (T), especially ASEAN, follows a unique strategy: Stay unpredictable : Do not reveal which side to support. Buy time : Use this uncertainty to secure growth opportunities.
