2019/1/31. Kotlin2Swift I am developing the app Swift2Kotlin , which can convert Swift code to Kotlin code. And I also think about another app which can convert Kotlin code to Swift code. Swift is very good language for beginners to develop iOS apps. And Kotlin is also good language for beginners to develop Android apps. So the first language for programming beginners will be Swift or Kotlin. So there may be demands for Kotlin2Swift.

2019/1/26.  Swift2Kotlin support page I made mini-app for macOS , Swift2Kotlin. This app is for converting Swift code to Kotlin code. Its function is still not perfect.  I keep on improving it slowly… “ Format ” Button is convert Swift code in left text field to Kotlin code in right one. “ Open .swift file ” Button is for open your .swift file. “ Save as .txt ” Button is for saving your Kotlin code in right field as text file. 2019/1/24.  Swift2Kotlin Github https://github.com/Kouhei-Takagi/Swift2Kotlin I made one app , “ Swift2Kotlin ”, and uploaded to Github. This app is for macOS only. And it is not perfect tool to convert Swift code to Kotlin code.  It took for 6 hours to make it , and I want to keep on improving this app. I usually think open source project is not sustainable , but I want to contribute to it with a little power. So I uploaded it. I am not prefer to open my source code , but I opened.

2019/1/23.  Ability that I wanted… I wanted one ability ,   acquiring foreign currencies. This ability is one of the most important for the life. I have been worrying about developed countries ’ budget deficit. Money is important , but the money becomes trash after government overprints paper money.  Earning the money only by job is not enough. I wanted to earn foreign currency by somehow methods. Now I think that programming smartphone ’ s app is suitable for me. But there is anther problem , it is that  iOS apps only is risky. In other countries , Android OS is main OS for smartphone. ( In Japan , iOS and Android OS shares are nearly equal. ) In addition , localization problem is there.  Sooner or later , the world will be separated by 2 sides , USA side or China side. Of course , I like USA better than China.  But depending on USA side may be high risk because of huge government ’ s debts. My solution is le...

2019/1/20. Swift & Xcode  1 year & 2 months ago , I started studying Swift. Yeah. I am happy for coming to the current state. Yeah , yeah yeah. Now I have developed 3 apps , and am developing 4th app.  I have 4 more apps which I want to create in near future. I can create them in my current skill. I don ’ t give up studying programming. And I keep on studying more than I did in past. I took 1 months rest of programming for 4 times. And taking the rest and refreshing my brain was needed. Ordinary people gives up studying programming. I know the reason. Because programming is difficult & boring for ordinary people.  If I chose other programming language , such as C language , I may have given up. Swift is good choice for me. I recommend Swift language & Kotlin language for learning. Because they are useful for creating smartphones ’ app. Smartphone app is visible , so it is suitable for programming beginners.

2019/1/17.  Developing new app I am developing new app , it will be my 4th app. I want to release it soon. But there are some difficult points to develop it… I am making apps , and the apps makes my skills better. I learned a lot of things while making apps. And I will learn more and more.  It is fun for me.  Learning codes empowers me.  Developing apps improves my life. Sincerely , I am appreciating to Swift Language & Xcode.

2019/1/16.  3rd app I made my 3rd app , and it is released now. Making 3rd app took 2 days… It ’ s very easy app , so that I was afraid if Apple company rejects it. But my app passed Apple ’ s review…

Sooner or later , this injustice will become obvious. The Bloomberg ’ s article shows that Japan Olympic Body Chief send money as “ Tokyo 2020 Olympic Game Bid ” . I want to see this news from different view. “ Tokyo 2020 Olympic Game Bid ” Why was the city name Tokyo at that time? I mean if the money was sent for 2020 Olympic , the City name would be blank. So I think that there was the fact that 2020 Olympic is Tokyo city. And this money was something like reward for ticket collectors. So that Japan team paid this money for postpay amount. 2019/1/11.  Deleting my Facebook & Google+ accounts I am deleting my Facebook & Google+ accounts. Google+ will be disappearing soon. But Facebook… This will be risky personal information bank. There are too many way to watch other people ’ s SNS secretly. And it is impossible to spread personal information to the world. Facebook is too risky to use , I feel.

2019/1/10.  Wall between USA and Mexico USA president wants to build the wall. And democrat party oppose to it. This problem suggests some deeper problems. ( 1 ) President Trump ’ s supporters are very unsociable to other countries. Making wall means they have mind barriers to other countries. A lot of car importing from Korea , Japan and EU caused their jobs lost , and it  might be their traumas. So that President Trump ’ s supporters may hate foreign countries. ( 2 ) The president ’ s attitude in negotiations makes destabilize dealing. Negotiation with emergency declaration closes to intimidation. President Trump seems to be prefer to this method. But this method makes enemy easily in the world. In the business world , this method may be good. But in politics world , it is the last method. And this method gives enemies the excuse to attack. ( 3 ) USA people may think this wall is domestic problem , but Mexico people don ’ t. This wall ...

2019/1/8.  Jim Rogers I think that Jim Rogers is in China side. Jim Rogers told that Gold price would be under $1000/oz. But the gold price got higher and China government has bought it. My opinion Jim Rogers used his name for investors not buying gold. And he helped China government buying gold in low price. Also he recommends investment to South & North Korea. This suggests that South Korea will be on China side. Or already. I don ’ t like it.

2019/1/6.  Mental Health If someone tweets 16 times in a day , what do you think? I think the one has something problem in mental health. Ordinary peoples don ’ t tweet so many times in a day. I am using twitter and I tweet when I feel something good or bad thing. And when I feel good ( of course I don ’ t do drugs ), I sometimes tweet.  And when I feel dissatisfy about the world , I tweet a lot. So I think the one has dissatisfy to the world around the one. And the one ’ s tweets are all attacks against others or compliments of the one ’ s supporters. I think the one is the person who doesn ’ t listen inconvenient things. You know… The one is the USA President… I like USA country… But is he really okay?

2019/1/5.  Apple shock Apple shock… This was unavoidable… Because Apple had the largest market capitalization… When the champion lose , it is written by media. And this apple shock is not truly reason to stock market falling. Booming economy was over , and media needed to tell it with something big impact news.  So media named as Apple shock… Apple company future I think that SONY company ’ s current working will be helpful. SONY shifted to BtoB ( Business to Business ) products & Financial services. Apple can produce financial services easily , but it may hurt Apple ’ s bland name. But BtoB products & services have full of hopes. For example , workers smartphones are Android phones in my previous company. If Apple company can change them to iPhone , workers will use Apple ’ s service more and more.  And SONY has large profitable now. So Apple company can do same thing. I think that Apple will do revival.

2018/1/2. New year  I experienced a lot of things in last year. It was hard year. In this year , I will start something good. There are 2 things , thing what I cannot change and thing what I can change. I will focus on thing what I can change. And I will enjoy the process of change. Goal is to enjoy , and Process is to enjoy , too. This is the saying by Richard Kochi , “ 80:20 rules ” author.
