I thought about the difference between real confidence and bluff. Real confidence stands by our sides, but bluff is put on own faces. Real confidence makes us stronger. Bluff can make us both of stronger and weaker. In other words, real confidence is asset, but bluff is risk. The result of bluff will be better or worse than without bluff. Bottleneck persons in workspace I heard about essential skills in office working, English language, Accounting, and Information Technology(IT). I know they are very important skills. I thought about bottleneck persons in workspace. They lack more than one skills of those. In Japan, English language is not still essential, but Japanese language is essential. Accounting skill is alternative to cost/profit literacy. How about IT skill? Bottleneck persons often lack IT skill. IT systems are mede for bottleneck persons’ IT skill, so that bottleneck person’ IT skill will be the BOTTLENECK for the productivity of the systems.
