I found that the interest in "gold" is very high in Thailand. This leads me to worry that there may be a military coup or some other negative event in Thailand in the near future. On January 31st, 2023, I was troubled by worries that originated in my own mind. I often find that worries can cause distress and become a hindrance. I wonder how I can stop worrying and where these worries come from. It seems that all worries stem from our own minds, which can be compared to coffee cups that are sometimes filled with hot coffee and sometimes empty.
