2021/8/8.  The “Less” may make “More” Corona virus is spreading faster than ever at Tokyo. Tokyo population is too big, so spreading speed is fast. “Stay home” is keyword to stop it. Then, I am thinking about role of smartphone. Smartphone is mobile device. “Stay home” and “Mobile device” may conflict each other. In stead of going outside, I use local PC longer than past before Corona. “Less” time using smartphone makes “More” time using local PC. I am learning about Information Technology, Investment, Foreign languages and Accounting. These 4 subjects are essential for my life, and I need to spend a lot of time for them. “Less” time using smartphone provides to me a lot of values for spending to learn them. Corona virus is fearful and bad for human’s body. But if I handle to this situation well, corona brings me a lot of values for my life.

  2021/7/26.  The “more” or “more than or equal to” I met one difficult problem. The original story(English) is below site’s problem. And changed story(Japanese) includes changed rule. I think that this change is from mistranslation. But this change causes the problem MORE difficult.   2021/7/16.     Cheaper economy in Japan   I ate alone dinner at Yayoiken in Japan. https://www.yayoiken.com/en_files/regular_menu_pdf/88_2021.07Regular_EN_0706.pdf?id=2281 Hummm. It costed ¥780, approximately US$7.10. Is this too cheap? I ate at Tokyo Ginza in Japan. I don’t want to tell how good taste it was or how beautiful the dinner was.(And it was not so beautiful, just only one meal.) What makes it so cheap?   2021/7/8.  “ 追い貸し” “追い貸し” refers to the extension of the life of bad company that should normally leave the market by the bank by making additional loans. Additional loans to bad company or government for extension of their life… “追い貸し” is similar to debt trap, but more clever. I feel that “追い貸し” is being done to USA government by other governments or non-native USA investors. Simply, USA government can’t return their debts, so that they have to cut government costs or USA interest rates raises. But none of them occured. This is because of “追い貸し”. “追い貸し” keeps on until USA government give up. In additional simulation, I think that next USA President will be Mr.Trump. Because if the USA stock & bond market crash, the society will be confused. At that time, he gets that position.

  2021/6/29.  The RED FLAGs in Tokyo Stock Market I sold all my stocks in Tokyo Stock Market. There seems to be some red flags in Tokyo Stock Market. First of all, J-reit market’s average Net Asset Value(NAV) is high. Almost all J-reit stocks’ NAV are over 1. This means that J-reit stocks are more expensive than their real values. Secondly, J-reit market’s average yields is 3.3%, it’s near 3%. This is dangerous flag. Aging country, especially as Japan, has low interest rates, but there are risk premiums. Risk premium has to be higher than 3.5% in Japan. (This number is what I feel.) Interest rates in Japan is under 0%, and I think it is equal to 0%. So J-reit market’s average yields should be over 3.5%. Third red flag is existence of individual investors. They are end buyers, and they seem to bet their money in Tokyo Stock Market. I don’t know when this bull market ends, but I quit this game and take a rest in some months. Cash is king, and crash is near.

  2021/6/2.  The Humanai & Humonkey I am afraid of the future between Humanai and Humonkey. Of course, Humanai and Humonkey are my original words.  Humanai The people who can create or use AI. Humanai can also use programming languages. Humonkey The people who are used by Humanai. Humonkey is monolingual, and only use smartphones. WM is the part of short-term memory which is concerned with immediate conscious perceptual and linguistic processing. WM is just like a memory on computer. I have heard that training WM was important for doing tasks on job. Recently, I felt that I could training my WM with some smartphone’s app. And I found that N back task may be effective to train WM.   2021/5/9. The Searching with Google Recently, searching with Google may be not enough for high IQ people. First of all, results of it include many advertisements, which are applied for SEO. Secondly, Google search doesn’t optimize for abstraction words. High IQ people can use both of abstract words and specific terms. If we search with specific terms, there are answers what we want to know. But if we search with abstraction words, there are mistakes. It’s not wrong for Google, because Google does business and optimization to various classes is correct answer for Google. In addition, Google seems to try other businesses, such as AI, Education and Firebase with Cloud servers. Google search may be still main business, but there are too many companies which want to cheat search rankings. I think that Google search’s results will be worse than now. And this doesn’t mean that Google’s stock price will be cheaper. Google may search other business fields(with Google search engine). :-)

  2021/5/1.     The Python I am learning about Python language with Udemy.  Dr.Angel’s “100 days of coding” is best course I have met. Python language is just like user side computer programming language. It is very useful for computer users. This means that Python language will be defect standard in programming languages. There are various computer OS, and Python will be language across those OSs. Python is powerful language. For example, I use Python library PyPDF2 for combining PDF. This library saves money for me to buy additional PDF readers’ function. The function costs $15per a month. There are lots of IDE(App for writing codes), and I am using VSCode on Windows. VSCode is free IDE for private development. Very useful, it is. If someone wants to get new skill, I recommend learning Python. And how I learn Python are below. (1)Watching Udemy courses.   2021/2/20.  The intensive reading I used to prefer speed reading more than intensive reading. However, I found my intensive reading skill has been very low. I have not read books or news with much concentration. I just only read them just like computers scan them.   2021/1/10.     The Option trade   I got ¥100,000($1,000) with option trade. I have done good trade, but I am worrying about the stock markets now. The stock market is booming now. It’s not bad at all.  But it seems to be dangerous. Everybody becomes greedy, so take care! I recommend that keeping high cash position and entering into stock market with the money which you can lose. When everyone becomes greedy, it’s time to stop dancing on stock market. I have bought Gold & Silver. They are not so high prices. And I will bet my money with option trade again in near future.
