Their purposes may be short term profits and early retirements. I knew their purposes because I had same purpose… Consulting Firms make the world better or worse? Consulting Firms doesn’t make new products nor new fields, they only try to win competitions. They make the world worse. Brain absorption companies Consulting Firms are the brain absorption companies which absorb the thinking of business managers. Consulting Firms try to take charge of CEOs’ thinking. The Hong Kong Coins

2019/11/22.  The Hong Kong Dollars

I am interested for collecting Coins.
These are Hong Kong Dollars, and they are parts of my collections.
I like thinking about the history through coins.

From this picture, Hong Kong 1 Dollar coins became smaller.(It may be difficult to define it from this picture.)
From 1960 to 1971, the Hong Kong 1 Dollar coins were big, but 1980’s coin is smaller than them.
From 1975 to 1988, the 2 Dollars coins are not circle.
I like thinking the reasons and I don’t search the reasons by Google soon. (I search them at last.)

Coins tells us a lot of stories, but many people doesn’t realize them.
This is why I don’t like digital currency. 
Digital currency doesn’t have object, so it is difficult for thinking about stories.

Recently, Hong Kong is in democratic trouble.
It is normal.
The Hong Kong Coins know the answer.
Hong Kong Coins’s one surface is “QUEEN ELIZABETH SECOND”.
There is shock if democratic region shifts to non-democratic region, and it may be the answer.

2016/12/29. None feedback from others in Japanese company Feedback is not always visible or sound , especially the fact of feedback is hidden by various suits. And in Japanese company, I often see the scene that ignorance to the people who did careless mistakes. Others don't say anything about the careless mistakes in front of the person, but in background, others speak ill of the person. This is none feedback. None feedback from others is very bad feedback, but in Japanese company, it is often. Why none feedback happens? In my experience, there are some reasons. When the person who made mistakes is upper than others, others want the person to fall out. When the person is equal level to others, others want the person not to promote. When the person is lower level, others want to make the person the targets for inner circle. I rethink that none feedback in company is bad signal for organization... None feedback happens when the company is bad statements!!!
