I believe that China does not accept democratic value.
By reading Henry Kissinger " World Order",
USA is standing on democratic values.
China will understand those values, but they don't accept those values.
What by?
Because China has own values.
What for?
Because China thinks as they are King.
USA believe democratic values are center of universe, China doesn't.
