And investors estimate targets by using all they have experienced.

Factors for investors' actions

•Experience in the fields
•Banking rates for investors

If only banking rates are low, nothing has happened.
Other 2 factors are important to make up mind starting investment.

Starting actions needs jumping on thresholds.
Making thresholds lower is done by experience in the field.

And if we want to stimulate own economy by investments, the keys are those 3 factors, especially Experience.

People who has experience in specific fields is rare and important for economy.
He/She can stimulates our economy.
