2016/7/23 The new role of the government which has huge debts
(Just my hypothesis)
I think the government which has huge debts can't work as reduction of disparity.
Because the government works only getting balance of tax income and outcome. It is impossible to fix disparity or solve new problems for the government. They used to think for survival to future.
So if that country have to stimulate own economy, that country have to depend on private companies or individuals, not government.
And the new role of the government which has huge debts is reducing the expectations for government.
