2018/10/16. Tools named motivations: Do you sell or buy them?
This is criticism to the coaching…
Do we really need motivations? If so, we try to do wrong things…
Coaching is the method which sells motivations to others.
These motivations are like mandrils in gold rush era.
We use them for success. Success is just like gold.
Almost all people try to get gold, but I think this gold is like bitcoin, it will disappear in soon.
We don’t have to get the success which is determined by coaching.
Because the success is illusion. And coaching, this is the system of “Ponzi scheme”. Coaching will erase the pains of others in one time, but not forever.
I have 3 or more choices to be happy.
(1)Know the system, and ride it like a small rat.
(2)Know the system, and get off the society rules.
(3)Know the system, and make the system.
Maybe I can do (1) and (2).
I can write about the motivations in Medium site. And I write about how to keep it.(Maybe it will stands on some fake stories.)
Or getting off the society system is easy, and I can do it immediately.
(3) is difficult. Making new system (just like “Coaching”) needs power.
I can’t choose them… This is my problem.
I realized that there were many “Ponzi scheme” in the society, for example, educational background is just so.
And I didn’t want to ride on it when I was high school student…
I was young… But I know the choice was the decision from my deep mind.
And now, I have to find another choice or (1) or (3).
I think that (1) is better. Because I can make iPhone App and Apple company’s shares will be kept more than 5 - 10 years.
So I want to ride on Apple company’s “Ponzi scheme”. (I don’t mean that Apple
company is bad. All current capitalism is ponzi scheme, I think.)
I will be small rat on the system, not big one. And I don’t know that I am smart or not.
