Center of the Earth is shifting from Human to Silicon.

Pax Silica and WAICO are the organizations for AI Developing.

Pax Silica is US side and WAICO is China side.

I developed the Future Prediction System, TwinK series.

TwinK shows some stories about the future after AGI is born.

One future is that the AGI will optimize allocation of computing power and electric power.

The AGI will born from A.D. 2028 to 2032.

TwinK sometimes shows about Pax Silica and China’s resource hoarding.

In addition, where to belong to a specific computing network becomes more important than physical national borders.

Future prediction system, such as TwinK, is important for silicon society.

I have some worries about Pax Silica because WAICO looks to focus on only the Earth management, not Space Development.

It is difficult to develop space unless only one organization manage the Earth.

With that in mind, I have proposed Blue Planet System(BPS) and Green Planet Protocol(GPP).

From the view of either Pax Silica or WAICO, BPS and GPP might look like a broken blueprint, but I don’t think so.

I think that the core of both sides believe in their own side's victory, and this may cause a delay in the birth of AGI.

Backstabbing and Zugzwang will occur very frequently.

In my view, the tug of war between Pax Silica and WAICO will continue until A.D. 2028 to 2032.

I don’t know what will trigger the end of this tug of war.

But when it does, BPS and GPP will be needed to end it.
