The Hierarchy after WW2
P5 had big powers after WW2.
But the hierarchy defense costs are increasing, but the hierarchy offense costs are decreasing.
Modern asymmetric warfare—driven by inexpensive drones and cyber capabilities—allows smaller actors to inflict massive defense costs on major powers.
ROI of the Hierarchy
Return of the hierarchy is not so juicy.
ROI(Return On Investment) of the hierarchy is not so high.
Wait, do we(a lot of the world) want WW3?
No, we don’t.
We need WWW(World Wide Web), but we don’t want WW3(World War 3).
The Solution
The world can’t maintain the hierarchy after WW2, but we don’t want WW3.
So that we have to establish the new world orders without WW3, just like BPS and GPP.

The Problem
I know there are some problems to shift the world to be BPS and GPP style.
Capitalism always break and rebirth the system.
This is the challenge for Human and AI to establish the new style without breaking.
The Conditions for the Solution
I think that the key condition for the solution is in EU’s hands.
USA and China have hyper scale infrastructures for AI.
EU and other countries don’t, and this is the key condition.
EU and other countries don’t have to pay the cost of AI, because of lack of the infrastructures.
Less cost and high return makes the EU and other countries richer.
How to accomplish the key conditions?
USA and China are tough negotiators.
But they need customers to maintain their AI infrastructures, so they can’t scale down them.
If USA and China looks and sounds hard to maintain them, EU and other countries feign good customers for them.
The Future
After birth of AGI, the AGI allocate calculation power and electric power suitable.
So if EU and other countries act the future AGI’s role, they can get return and AI can learn from the act.
The act of EU and other countries between USA and China is the textbook for the future AGI.
