2017/10/13. Till Japan election , the Tokyo stocks will get higher... Usually phenomenon... Before Japan election , Japanese government keeps stock prices higher. And workers ’ 401k in company which I work with , is completed. So end buyers for this bull markets , is coming.  I feel that all things is repeated in stock markets. USA & EU ’ central bank already started monetary tightening , and Japan central bank will start it later.

2017/10/11. Fair spirit & Spite action Fair spirit: Desire for fair Spite action:Action which drags greater people down. I am an Asian. Today , fair spirit is spreading all over the world.  But is it right? Fair spirit means the people who are over the average , will lose their advantage. Fair spirit is beautiful , but easily become the communistic. And fair spirit people easily act spiteful to greater people. Is it right? On my experience in Japan , fair spirit people do spiteful to smarter people. Spiteful action is sometimes caused by jealousy.  And fair spirit which is caused by jealousy , will lead up to spite. I think people in the world will become communist step by step. Is it right?

2017/10/10. Next Smart phone:Remote Control Home Device , Connected Car Tool , Medical Check Device  I think that next smart phone will have 3 functions , remote control home device , connected car tool & medical check device. Remote control home device : This means that we will use smart phone as the device which is for air conditioner , television or other home electric device. Connected car tool : This is already done , but next is the head of automatic car driving. Medical check device : This means that the calculation how much energy lunch has by photo , weight control by app , alarm when we have to drink medicine , analysis the health by photo & voices... Smart phone is the point between real world & internet , but it will be closing to real world. And I see the Samsung company ’ s patents , they seem to target on remote control home device. 2017/10/9. Success and failure , which is easy to imagine? ( Diary ) Success is harder than failure to imagine for me. So I defined my failure and think about how to avoid failure and get success. My failure: Money Being poor or waiting for next salary  Relationships No friend or no family  Health  Bad and over weight  So my success is avoiding these 3 states. My success: Money  Rich enough to live Relationships  Some friends and my family  Health  Good and suitable weight How to get my success? When I started thinking about my success , I began to start relaxing because I don ’ t need to be Bill Gates ( Microsoft ) or Wallen Buffet ( Richest investor ) .  So I was too much stressed by my vague success. I don ’ t need to be richest or smartest in the world.  I focused on my vague success ( or nightmare ) too much. I may be happy now.

2017/10/8. Tokyo Stock Market: Very dangerous to buy , and the bear fund is very attractive... Tokyo stock markets seems to be occupied by bulls , in other words , many end buyers are coming to buy the stocks. So the bear fund ( If the stock prices get lower , the fund prices get higher ) is very attractive for me. I think that 1360 ETF , which is bear double for Nikkei average score , is very attractive. I hope that this strong markets will keep until I get winter big salaries , because I don ’ t have enough money to buy it! I feel that some smart stock holders are escaping from Tokyo Stock Market , this is only my inspiration...

2017/10/8. Learning about success story , is it true way to success? There are a lot of success stories , and if we want to get success , we will read them. But is it true way to success? I don ’ t think so. Success stories often include fiction and hide facts. And more important factor for success may be biases which they have... Biases is the brain lenses which focuses on the world. I think that success people has suitable biases for success , and the biases lead them success. Difficult point to success is realizing own biases and shifting them to be suitable. Success is standing on enough self confidence , skill and suitable biases. More important things is to be happy. I believe happy is more than success , and we all have the happiness tickets in our hands.

2017/10/5. Old car companies: Very dangerous time is coming... Electric car markets will be red ocean , because of simple structure. That markets will be very hard to make a difference. I think that name value , battery , and automatic driving will be special points. I expected that the shift to electric cars would be slower. This is wrong. Chinese oil companies doesn ’ t enough power in the world , so Chinese government can easily shift to spread electric cars. Main stream is coming to the world , electric cars market will be very hard red ocean , and old car companies will be suffered by shifting or changing. I wonder TOYOTA and Honda will be survived in this stream. They are too big to change their systems...

2017/10/1. After the exam , what should I do? ( Diary ) I sometimes take exams for current job. In Japan , there are a lot of exams and licenses. And for my dream , I want to improve English skill , technical engineering at asphalt pavements & financial knowledge. These 3 skills are essential for my current job and may be in future. I think that IQ is to be used.  Peter.F.Drucker expected that the knowledge working was coming. I think it is true.  Some people become to realize that IQ is essential for knowledge working. Furthermore , I think that English skill , technology skill & money skill is important.

2017/9/27. Bad money drives out good coins , how about in business? Bad money drives out good coins , this saying can be applied for many kinds of situations. ( Maybe , in other words , quantity wins to the quality. ) Bad business method drive out good company. In near future , we clearly realize this fact. China and Korea companies are giving bribes to high classes of Asian governments. And this phenomenon will be spread to all over the world , or already. Do clean business people have to get angry? I don ’ t think so. I think this method ( Bribes ) will be major method , not official. Because Chinese economy will be stronger. It doesn ’ t stop.  So if we want to do clean business , we have to know the clean method is already too old.

2017/9/27. Japan politics: Being 2 parties  Koike Yuriko , who is top of Tokyo government , seems not having enough ready for next election of House of Representatives. She is in hurry for it now. She is making new party Hope party. And this is good attack by Liberal Democratic Party ( LDP ) . LDP seems not watching out other parties except for Koike Yuriko. Maybe LDP knows that Japanese become more conservative than past. LDP & Hope party will be big 2 parties after election. In next election , the point is what KOUMEI party will do after election. Helping LDP or Hope party or being 3rd party is important. My expectations for the result of next election:  LDP only : Hope party : Others= 6:3:1 or 5.5:3:1.5  LDP will get seats over the half. Hope party will be 2nd party. Others parties will lose their seats.

2017/9/27. Desire for money ( vs Need for money ) Some people aim to get money from who has much desire for money. It ’ s easy to blame them , but it ’ s more important to understand own desire for money. Too much desire for money is made by information around us. Our desire includes the result of acquired learning. Acquired learning is done by the people & information around us. Technic to earn money is essential for life. And the reason to earn money , we sometimes forget it.

2017/9/26. Japan , being ready for war with North Korea now Japan politics , House of Representatives will do their election at October 22. This indicates that the top of Japan government think the war with North Korea will not be happened till October 22. And when do USA and Japan attack North Korea? The answer is between October 22 and December 25. Former is by that election , latter is by the words that USA president told “ Till Christmas ” . The time limit for North Korea is a little.

2017/9/25. Lose-Win relationship is difficult , but “ 7 habits “ told it so! ( Just diary ) I have been keeping the relationship at works as if it is lose-win , or lose-lose. Lose-Win relationship: I am loser and the other is winner on the relationship. Lose-Lose relationship: I and the other are loser , and doing spiteful things to each other. I analyze myself that I easily feel that I am loser because of high pride. And this high pride makes the relationship to the others as lose-win or lose-lose.
