A Proposal to Symbolic Authorities I propose a conversation — not a pledge. SIGMA/BPS aims to build neutral, trustworthy infrastructure for human–AI cooperation. A Hypothesis of the Game The United States and China are now competing for the “king” position on this planet. In my view, the two sides are not playing under the same rules. USA acts as if the world is a mixture of Chess and Othello : a contest of tactics, alliances, and local battles. China , however, seems to present the game as Othello, but in substance, it is closer to Go (囲碁) : a long game of strategy and territorial influence.   Courage and Determination I realized that I lacked both determination and a clear plan B to truly defeat my opponent. Through this experience, I learned that sometimes the outcome of destroying an enemy can be worse than allowing that enemy to continue to exist.
