DX だけでは守れない：いま日本企業に必要なのは “AI による防御力 ” ― 大企業のシステム障害が示す、セキュリティ AI 導入の必然性 ― 近年、日本企業はDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を推進し、業務効率化や意思決定の迅速化を実現してきました。 しかしその一方で、「基幹システムの統合」が新たなリスクを生み出しています。 複雑に結びついたシステムは、ひとたび突破されれば全体が麻痺する――。 最近発生した大企業のシステム障害は、まさにそのリスクを可視化した事例です。 ⸻ 週末を狙う“静かな侵入者” 攻撃者が選ぶのは、週末や連休前の夜です。 金曜の夜に侵入し、社員がいない土日に権限を昇格、社内ネットワークを横断し、月曜朝に暗号化を発動する。 この「週末ランサムウェア」パターンは、世界中で確認されており、日本企業も例外ではありません。 攻撃者は、人間の勤務リズムと心理的盲点――つまり「誰も見ていない時間帯」――を正確に突いてきます。 ⸻ AIでしか防げない“異常の兆候” ランサムウェアの兆候は、単発では目立たず、複数のシステムをまたがって現れます。 そのため、従来の監視体制では検知が遅れやすいのです。 AIを導入すれば、こうした微細な兆候を「つながり」として捉えられます。 AIが検知できる代表的な兆候は次の3つです。 1. 時間異常 ：週末・深夜・早朝のログインや権限操作 2. 権限異常 ：通常の社員が行わない管理者操作や昇格要求 3. 相関異常 ：複数端末で同時発生する小規模エラーの連動 人間では見逃すようなパターンを、AIは相関解析によって“早期警報”として提示できます。 ⸻ 人事異動期の「監視の空白」も狙われる 特に9月末や3月末など、人事異動期は注意が必要です。 この時期は引継ぎ作業やアカウント整理が重なり、セキュリティ部門の体制も一時的に緩みます。 監視担当が入れ替わり、SOC（監視センター）のアラート対応が遅れやすい。 攻撃者にとって、まさに“最適なタイミング”です。 AIによる自動検知があれば、こうした「人の隙間」を補うことができます。 ⸻ DXを守るのはAI、防ぐのもAI 多くの企業がAIを「業務効率化のためのツール」として導入しています。 しかし今後は、AIを「防御のための同僚」として捉える必要があります。 AIは...
