2017/5/28. High IQ: Does it cost or gift ? Normal people feel that high IQ people see them as foolish , this is because normal people see low IQ people as foolish. I think this misunderstanding causes reaction that high IQ people hides his/her ability.  High IQ people doesn't ( may not ) see normal people as foolish. Normal people often thinks that the way high IQ people thinks is same , but fast. But it's not always right. This is from lack of imagination. Up to environment , high IQ people's ability will be cost or gift. I hope that every high IQ people feels their ability as gift.

Bitcoins is new digital currency.  Some people will deny it without thinking it is useful or not.  Merits of using bitcoins are less exchange fee , anonymity , and speculation. But are these merits really useful ? Only some underground people will want to use it , but almost all people don't need to use bitcoins. Or for speculation , some people want to get bitcoins. In now , the people who sways the merits of bitcoins , are moving only for speculation. The people who are attracted by bitcoins , have interesting for speculation. 2017/5/14. Rethinking about the synergy of software and hardware: It's nightmare! Is there synergy of software and hardware ? 1+1= 0.1 or 0.2. Platform strategy vs Synergy strategy ? What is problem about non-synergy ? Closed system never win to open system ? Closed platform may be best answer. What is different from closed system and closed platform ? I think that the mind of administrators is problem. Closed system: Administrators want to have license of all software and hardware. Closed platform: Administrators want to have only license of hardware. Open system: Non administrators or each individuals are administrators. Open platform: Administrators want to be watchers of software. So the synergy of software and hardware means that some companies want to have licenses of all software and hardware. This is nightmare! It's natural to be failed!

2017/5/14. OTUBONE: the females who aren't high level carriers but are needed for company' compliance  Compliance... This is most important for company management.   There were the OTUBONE who protects the compliance in the company before the word "compliance " is booming in Japan. They are females who doesn't graduate high level university. They are hired for doing some odd jobs. And they used to have compliance minds. They were important for big companies , but recently big companies try to replace from OTUBONE to younger  people. This is caused by short-term solutions for long-term problems.  OTUBONEs were/are key persons for training young people. But many Japanese companies seems not realize it. ( Recently , in the company , which hired me , is trying to listen outer consulting company. This is dangerous , because consultants are clean jobs , but the company has many gray zones. )

2017/5/14. Where does smart scientists go from Japan ? 2 If they don't have house loans , they will go to EU or USA with family. But if they have , they will be hired by Korean or Chinese company. It takes 4-5 hours to go to Korea from Tokyo. And it is low psychological problem to go. But if Japanese go to EU , it takes more than 24 hours. It is high psychological problem. Near country can get smart scientists from Japan.

2017/5/14. TOSHIBA problem Short-Term solution to Long-Term problem... This is problem. And the symbol of it is TOSHIBA window-dressing problem. Japanese moral becomes worse than before old bubble. Many CEO ran to Short-Term solutions , and it caused many problems. Now they hits Japanese economy. I wonder that HITACHI has same problem or not. I think that TOSHIBA and HITACHI have same problem. I wish this is not real. And if HITACHI made window-dressing problem , it will be big problem for Japan. Because HITACHI hires a lot of smart scientists , so they lose their jobs , and some people go to China , Korea or foreign countries. And the loss of smart people causes Japanese offensive ability on economy weaker.

2017/5/14. Cigarettes company: iQOS vs others Philip Morris company 's iQOS , this is great! I sometimes use it as alternative to normal cigarette. I don't know why iQOS is great , but I realize that it makes less smoke is great point! Normal cigarette makes too much smoke , and it causes other people irritating. I use iQOS if there are non-smokers.  And iQOS becomes special brand name for smokers. This is good for Philip Morris company! In Japan , this new cigarette is some booming , and it keeps little longer!

2017/5/13. Economy is war Economy became war.  Ability to acquire foreign currency is offensive ability. Ability to protect own currency is defensive ability. How to get and protect money is war.  Japanese tactics is get higher offensive ability by exporting. This is old and there are too many rivals , Korea , China and so on. Some Japanese companies becomes investment companies. For example , TOYOTA invests to the Mexico for exporting cars to the USA.  Becoming investment country is one solution for Japan. The problem is how to hide the strategy from foreign rivals. This problem may be realized by President Trump... And as individuals , we can get ability to acquire foreign currency by investment. Japanese interest rates are very low and the Yen value becomes cheaper. So we should invest to foreign countries. If we have this ability , it helps life as richer.

2017/5/13.  Bank of Japan  Bank of Japan has many Japanese bonds , and if interest rates becomes higher , bank of Japan lose their balance on sheet. It causes cheaper Yen and capital flight , because bank of Japan loses credit. ( Just my opinion ) NIKKEI average score is fixed under $180. There is some specific cash flow , it is that NIKKEI becomes higher , it causes Yen cheaper and foreign currency in Japan may be lost. This flow stands on Japanese ability of selling to foreign countries. This ability is ability to acquire foreign currency. If this ability is lost , Japan lose. 2017/5/12. Perfect bilingual is more than incomplete multilingual. I stopped learning Chinese or Korean language. Because I realized that perfect English skill is more important than incomplete Chinese and Korean language skills. I start reading English books , and I aim to improve English input skills.

"Innovation" is magic word, and is used as powerful medicine in economy. I think that "Innovation" is escape word for shrinking economy. And innovation is used as new awesome technology. Our economy can't be bigger, because there is no one who makes "Innovation". If some say these words, I think that the problem is in their solid head. 2017/5/6. Saving money is one important skill... Difficult skill... I already returned the education loan. It took 4 years returning about $20000 as education loan. It was not easy for me returning it.  I think that education loan is investment. If we want to education , there are a lot of way. But if we want college education , it needs cost. This is investment. If we can get benefits from college education , it's good investment. But if the college education is failed , it's bad investment. It seems high risk. I think that some politicians don't want to do effort for education , but it's wrong. 2017/5/4. Electric cars: Red ocean or blue ocean ? I think electric car share will be red ocean. Because electric cars' system is simple. Some IT company want to join in electric car market with pleasure. But is it right ? This occasion may be one of economic bubbles. And more and more company want to join in this red ocean , TOYOTA will smiles with Hybrid cars.

2017/5/4. 80:20 principals: Car market shares The future car moves by electric power in developed country.  I think this will be fact. But when it comes & how to get shares is the problem. Consumers are smart enough to recognize buying the electric car is benefit or not. Benefits means electric cars are useful more than gasoline cars. Technical problem is battery.  Industrial problem is gasoline being in excess. In fact , energy will be problem. Perhaps , hybrid car , just like PRIUS by TOYOTA , will survive in electric car society. Because gasoline in excess can't be solved in near future. And battery's technology may be saturated. Car market shares in future will be divided by Hybrid cars vs Electric cars ( 80:20 or 20:80 ) .  In addition , battery will make the cars' performance whether Hybrid cars or electric cars.   

2017/5/3. Logic of bank vs minus interest rates From bank side , they decide how much money they loan to others is standing on credit of borrower. So I have a question for effect of low interest rates. Because the bankers can't change the credit of borrowers , bankers only can cut cost in own banks' systems. So if cutting cost in banks is saturated , the artificial bubble is made very easily. Is it good for economy ? I think low interest rates is standing on making economic bubbles & breaking it.  Minus interest rates is only sending benefits to government. This makes the independence of central bank crazy. And "moral hazard starts from head of system" seems one fact. Moral hazard to the money might start already...

TOYOTA Prius vs Volkswagen electric car... Oil prices vs Air pollution is alike to the TOYOTA vs Volkswagen. In China, air pollution is serious problem, but does electric car really save it?
