Difference Between Phonogram and Ideogram
In the world, there are 3 types of languages, which use phonogram, ideogram and hybrid of phonogram and ideogram.
Phonogram language: English
Ideogram language: Chinese language
Hybrid language: Japanese language
In my view, this difference affects how people think.
Because native language affects to thoughts, then the thoughts affect to actions, finally the actions make the different cultures.
Why the NWO is Needed
To avoid a potential World War III and to build a cooperative foundation for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence),

To Shift from non-cooperative equilibrium to cooperative equilibrium Is Needed
The first condition for the shift is to know that each other’s cards are essential for AGI development.
The NWO is envisioned as the platform for cooperative data and knowledge sharing in AGI development.
A Trigger Will Still Be Needed
Even with mutual understanding, a trigger may still be necessary to shift the balance.
Possible triggers include:
- An AGI-related incident (accident or breakthrough)
- A third-party proposal from a neutral country
- Rising pressure from the Global South or non-aligned nations
