 Difference Between Phonogram and Ideogram

In the world, there are 3 types of languages, which use phonogram, ideogram and hybrid of phonogram and ideogram.

Phonogram language: English

Ideogram language: Chinese language

Hybrid language: Japanese language 

In my view, this difference affects how people think.

Because native language affects to thoughts, then the thoughts affect to actions, finally the actions make the different cultures.


Why the NWO is Needed

To avoid a potential World War III and to build a cooperative foundation for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence),

a new global framework — the NWO (New World Order) — is urgently needed.

To Shift from non-cooperative equilibrium to cooperative equilibrium Is Needed

The first condition for the shift is to know that each other’s cards are essential  for AGI development.

The NWO is envisioned as the platform for cooperative data and knowledge sharing in AGI development.


A Trigger Will Still Be Needed

Even with mutual understanding, a trigger may still be necessary to shift the balance.

Possible triggers include:

  • An AGI-related incident (accident or breakthrough)
  • A third-party proposal from a neutral country
  • Rising pressure from the Global South or non-aligned nations
Conclusion

The future of global order — and of AGI itself — depends not on who dominates,

but on whether we recognize that no one wins alone.

Not every voice needs to be loud. Some just place the first stone.

The Solicitation

  2020/12/27.     The Solicitation   When I was in Cafe, I saw the solicitation for automatic investment system (must be scam) between 2 young men. I watched them and found some things. (1)They were telling about FX or stock automatic investment tools. ->A lot of people are trying it with very efforts. (2)The solicitor was using tablet device, but recruited person was using paper and pencil. ->There is very big digital information difference between them. (3)The solicitor told that this tools would bring money forever. ->100% scam. —>The result from (1)(2)(3), I thought that the scam is happened when there is information difference.
