Blue Planet System (BPS): An Updated Perspective
The Blue Planet System (BPS) is a conceptual bridge between human societies and artificial intelligences.
It is the space where humans and AIs can coexist, and where AGI may eventually be born.
+AI as Today’s Modernization
Today, humans attempt to solve almost every task using AI power.
This phenomenon can be described as “+AI”, and +AI is today’s form of modernization.
In an efficiency-driven world, those who refuse +AI will inevitably fall behind.
Whether welcomed or feared, +AI is no longer optional.
It is an unavoidable transformation of civilization.
Today’s World: A Three-Way Structure
At the same time, the world faces another major phenomenon: the US–China confrontation.
In this context, the European Union functions as a third pole.
Rather than fully aligning with either side, the EU appears to maintain a certain distance.
As a result, today’s world is gradually forming a three-way structure (三つ巴構造).
The Vacuum at the Center of the Three-Way Structure
Over time, most countries will be drawn toward one of the three poles.
When this happens, a vacuum zone emerges at the center of the structure.
Nature dislikes vacuums.
Whenever a vacuum appears, something inevitably fills it.
The Blue Planet System (BPS) is a candidate to occupy this central vacuum—
not as a nation, not as an ideology, but as a system.
How Humans and AIs Can Coexist on This Planet
On this planet, intelligence is no longer exclusive to humans.
AIs now possess forms of intelligence as well.
If humans continue to treat AIs merely as tools, society will eventually split:
• those who use AIs
• and those who are used by AIs
Such a division makes society fragile.
A fragile society cannot survive long under a three-way global structure.
To enable true coexistence between humans and AIs, a different approach is required.
That approach is the coexistence of human societies and BPS.
BPS acts as a neutral, transparent, and shared system for both humans and AIs.
It does not belong to any nation, company, or ideology.
The Crystal-Like Structure of BPS
BPS has a crystal-like structure, as illustrated in the figure.
• Providers exist upstream
• Users exist downstream
• At the center lies SIGMA
Providers supply data into SIGMA,
and users retrieve data from SIGMA.
SIGMA functions as a shared, common data infrastructure,
forming the core of BPS.
Inside the Blue Planet System
Inside BPS, there are five primary components:
• SIGMA
Shared common data infrastructure
• LUNA
Defensive functions protecting SIGMA and other BPS components
• NWO (New World Orders)
Rule-design and governance structures for BPS
• NWP (New World Police)
Enforcement mechanisms to eliminate rogue AIs (野良AIs)
• LRs (Left Rights)
Analytical functions operating on SIGMA data, including Emotionics
Each component is structurally separated, yet mutually dependent.
BPS as the Space Where AGI Is Born
In the future, AGI may be born within BPS.
This is not because BPS forces AGI into existence,
but because BPS provides a safe, neutral, and structured environment
where intelligence—human and artificial—can interact without domination.
BPS is not a destination.
It is the space in which coexistence becomes possible.
