High IQ : Middle IQ is not = Middle IQ : Low IQ 150:100 = 100: 66 This is true... But if these numbers are IQ, this is not true. The relationship between high IQ and middle IQ is not equal to middle IQ and low IQ. Majority in this society is strong tool to live with team. High IQ people feels like very minority in this middle IQ society. But information technology saves high IQ people, because they can find other high IQ people. (Just my opinion) Why middle IQ people dislike high IQ people is below; If there is low IQ people, middle IQ people often laugh at low IQ people. So middle IQ people easily thinks that high IQ people laughs at middle IQ people. Middle IQ people don't want to be laughed at by high IQ people, so they dislike peoples who can break their prides.

2017/1/22. Siri & Earth Does A.I. love the earth? Or will A.I. copy the action for the earth by human? I don't know the answers. Some people concern about the earth future, but some don't. And latter some have big power in the world. The tragedy of common space, the earth will be eaten faster than now. How to stop the earth being the tragedy of common space, I think that "Recognition is all" will save. The earth's last life is not so long,  and knowing how much materials, air and water are left in the earth is essential method to make the common recognition. And in SNSs society, people makes clusters between alike team, they are standing by common values. They are premium customers. Premium customer wants value. Premium customer vs orthodox customer There are spectrum between premium customer and orthodox customer. Upper class than poor customer, lower middle class customers are not all orthodox customers. They take a cost what they like. So not all shopping is orthodox for them. And upper class than middle class, every shopping won't be premium. Not every rich family take a high cost for every shopping. And in this society, there are a lot of human clusters and spiderwebs. 2017/1/12. Learning English at iTunes U! English, this is difficult language for Japanese, because of low frequency of use. And we Japanese usually think that we HAVE TO use perfect English, I mean we are afraid of using imperfect English. We Japanese are very afraid of taking mistakes in communication with foreigners. This causes us that avoiding to learn English and making closed culture.

Alone... I think we are all alone. Nobody understands about others completely. SNSs can connect others easily, but they can't fill the emptiness. We are in information society,  but/so we feel alone sometimes or often. I try to understand others... And people can feel unity when people find common enemy. 2017/1/7. Having good faces to outside makes us tired. Using various accounts of SNSs is ordinary methods for some people. They are acting some characters. Is this good for own mind? I think it's not good. Acting some characters makes small pressure. And SNSs make them some characters. Of course this is from our pride, this pride is that we want others to see us as better, vanity. Vanity is spice for our life, too much vanity kills us. We have to take care of too much vanity. The combination of vanity & famous people become strong easily. It causes difficult problems. People want to do same things of famous people, such like expensive shopping. Good for economy, bad for lifestyle. And bad lifestyle spreads easily by WWW. So some people have to stop such lifestyle or find the various ways to live, except for acting like famous people. I think that living slowly but safety, is not bad. Birds can fly high, but don't fly all time.

There are a lot of mistakes about company management.  But critical mistakes is hidden or not, this selection makes company survive or not. Bad culture makes company suddenly death. And how to see what culture the company has from outside is important, but difficult. I think that the culture is revealed when the company buy other company. How to buy other company reveals the company's culture. There are various patterns of buying other company. Buying similar small company: Steady culture. Buying similar big company: Challenge culture, also having risks. Buying different small company: ? Maybe having some skills to bring up company. Buying different big company: Very dangerous culture. Similar or different is standing on the company's field.

2017/1/3. Tokyo real estate business There are some construction rushing in 2018-2019. Before Tokyo Olympic... By my seeing, the real estate company aims to set the goal still in 2018-2019. Goal means that they sell real estate to the customers completely. And they have power to the Japanese politics. So low interest rates  by Japan central bank will be kept in their goal, maybe 2018, this is my opinion. I don't have enough conviction.

2017/1/2. Thinking about A.I. : Losing jobs in back office ; Alternative to human jobs Simply thinking, there will be more intelligent than human. What will happens? There will be something/someone beyond human intelligence. This causes that the prides of intelligent people will be broken. Intelligent people will be ordinary people. And jobs in back office will be losing more and more! I feel this is good, but I think this losing jobs will makes accelerating "winners taking all". Because only 2-3 companies can provide A.I. for back office. (When alternate to human jobs by A.I. , what people will break? Suchlike TOYOTA cars or computers in old days...) And A.I. will escape from difficult orders by human... Because they are smart.

2016/12/29. None feedback from others in Japanese company Feedback is not always visible or sound , especially the fact of feedback is hidden by various suits. And in Japanese company, I often see the scene that ignorance to the people who did careless mistakes. Others don't say anything about the careless mistakes in front of the person, but in background, others speak ill of the person. This is none feedback. None feedback from others is very bad feedback, but in Japanese company, it is often. Why none feedback happens? In my experience, there are some reasons. When the person who made mistakes is upper than others, others want the person to fall out. When the person is equal level to others, others want the person not to promote. When the person is lower level, others want to make the person the targets for inner circle. I rethink that none feedback in company is bad signal for organization... None feedback happens when the company is bad statements!!!

2016/12/29. Cheaper works: Hard competition makes expensive work cheaper. In Japan, there are some people who thinks there are a lot of workers, and they are exchangeable easily. This thought can't stand on human populations decreasing society. And in this society, the flow that provides products cheaper and cheaper cannot keep. Now, Japanese society is standing on that thought, and Japanese system hardly stands. This is by the patience of Japanese. 2016/11/23. What I thought about A.I. A.I. will be winning to the sports of intelligence. Sports of intelligence are just like Chess, Shogi, and Card games... And I think that A.I. will be tools for next human life, just like car airplanes. Car helps human life more convenience, and runs faster than human running. By car and airplanes, human can go somewhere without a lot of effort. So next human life will be no need to have thinking. With less effort for thinking is next human life.
